BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

SearchRSA LLC is an established virtual engineering recruiting agency specializing in the medical device, biotechnology, and chemical manufacturing industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a perm/full-time ‘sales genie’ to support our growing internal team as a virtual BDC. 

 

ROLE PURPOSE

 

Strategically pursue and engage with client leads to cultivate partnerships and develop business opportunities with a personalized consultative approach. 

 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

PHONE (70%)

  • Place outbound calls to hiring authorities at their place of work.

  • Navigate telephone prompts and company operators to connect with hiring authorities.

  • Lead conversations to identify current recruiting needs and obstacles.

  • Consult hiring authorities to cultivate lasting professional relationships.to qualify each position vacancy.

  • Use gathered data to decide if the position vacancies can be qualified.

  • Coordinate and schedule consultations for interested parties with Account Manager.

  • Cultivating partnerships with new clients

 

CORRESPONDENCE (10%)

  • Follow up or return calls.

  • Follow up or touching base emails and social media messages.

  • Help develop and implement inside sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

 

RESEARCH (10%)

  • Research regarding companies, contact names, and telephone numbers are done for you by our Research & Engagement Team.

  • Review pertinent company information before connecting with hiring authority.

  • Identify current opportunities where solutions could be offered. 

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

 

DATABASE MANAGEMENT (10%)

  • Identifying which contact information is incorrect (email, phone, etc.)

  • Utilize database during calls to record accurate and appropriate information.

  • Correcting, updating, and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

  • 1-2 years’ experience with outbound or cold calling.

 

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

  • Regular work schedule is from 8:00a to 5:00p, M-F Eastern Time. 

  • Normal physical work location must be located in Central OR Eastern Time.

  •  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have daily access to a computer with a secure internet connection during this time.

  • Must have or create a LinkedIn profile for social media correspondence.

  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs.

  • Must possess strong organization and time management skills.

  • Friendly and personable demeanor.

  • Proficient in using MS/Google Suite software and tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
