Product Solutions Director

Education and Experience:

​

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials, Mechanical, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years of related engineering experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.

• Must be comfortable with Google Suite applications.

Skills and Responsibility:

​

• Ability to interface professionally with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.

• Experience scoping, planning, executing, and transferring medical device projects to a production environment.

• Lead/support customer communication and negotiations

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate deliverables across cross-functional teams.

• Perform under the pressure of multiple competing deadlines while maintaining a cooperative and constructive working relationship with colleagues.

• Analyze technical drawings and suggest design changes for design for manufacturing.

• Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of medical device manufacturing.

• Develop cost and timeline estimates for completing building complex medical devices.

• Have a basic knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques typically used in a medical device environment including sampling plans, TMV’s process capability, and reliability and confidence intervals.
